Job Description

The Assistant Litigation Counsel works in NCSBA's risk management department, which administers member-funded risk management programs. The position reports to NCSBA Litigation Counsel and assists Litigation Counsel in various department operations, including managing litigation and working with defense counsel to facilitate compliance with litigation and billing procedures; evaluating claim and coverage issues; attending mediations; preparing annual coverage documents and assisting with presentations, webinars, member outreach, and new program initiatives.
